Arrived here around 5pm and set up camp (well, parked the RV and hooked up the water etc etc.). once this was done we set about scavenging for wood in the hollow and prepared the fire in readiness for nightfall. Just as dusk was approaching 5 deer came silently through the hollow which made for a magical sight and reminded us why we chose the more expensive option of renting an RV to travel across America.Fire took a while to get going as the wood was damp but the challenge made it all the more enjoyable once it did catch!
Took a little while to see the namesake falls before moving on to our next destination .....
